Geology

Walkandtalk leads specialised excursions focusing on geological themes, such as Alpine formation, rocks found in Switzerland and how to read the Alpine landscape from a geological point of view.

Discover the amazing story of how the Swiss Alps were shaped and the effects of glacial erosion. Look at the landscape with a new eye, travel back through time and find out about Dinosaurs, Mammoths and fossils in your region. 

The outings are guided by a professionnal geologist who holds a Master in Geology and MIneralogy from the University of Lausanne.
